What will we do?

We will

customize our level of service based on your needs. Want us to drive to your house and appraise your trade? No problem! Want all the figures over email or phone?

OK! Want to compare multiple vehicles side-by-side? Sure! (We have 10 new car lines here including Honda, Toyota, Chevy, VW, Audi, Scion, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Acura and Subaru)

Would you like to know your rate upfront? OK! Just want information? Again, not a problem. Want us to call every third Thursday at 2:45pm until the insurance money on your

pet goat comes through? Absolutely!

We will

take care of you even after the sale. We feel that this is vital to ensure you have an exceptional ownership experience. Two free oil changes and car washes for life are

included for every customer. We will even help you pair a new cell phone to your car a year from now or help schedule service or give tire recommendations??..

We will

give you all the numbers in writing without ANY hidden fees EVER!

We will

base our pricing on the market not MSRP (or MSPR plus $1995 like some dealers). We find out what consumers are paying and let the market dictate what the cars are worth.

We think that is a fair way to do business and it should be reassuring when your research matches ours.

We will

tell you everything you need to know about our used cars. We include a folder with the inspection report, Carfax and book sheets on every used car we sell.

What we won't do?

We won't

resort to high pressure tactics. People don't want to be "sold". They just want someone to listen and perhaps advise so that they have the information they need to

make the best decision.

We won't

make a promise that we can't follow through on or isn't in writing. This one speaks for itself.

We won't

take your keys. Yes, this happened to me once and I didn't buy the car.

We won't

give you a really low upfront price and add options that increase the price later. Any quotes will be in writing and won't change.

We won't

waste your time. We know that your life is hectic. Most people are juggling family, work and social obligations. Who really wants to spend all day at a car dealership?

It does take a certain amount of time, but we will be as accommodating as possible.

We won't

have every single car configuration possible on our lot at any given time. We aren't the biggest (just the best). If we don't have exactly what you are looking for, we

will show you something similar and then get you what you want (without trying to talk you into something you don't).
